1. WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU DELIVER TO?
Currently, we provide FREE shipping to Canada (Except Nunavik, Nunavut, Northwest Territories, Yukon). We do not ship to PO boxes or APO.

2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME.
Order Processing Time is the time elapsed between when you place your order and when we hand over the order to the delivery service.
Generally, orders are shipped within 3 working days of payment.
Our warehouse only operates on Monday – Friday during standard business hours and takes normal holidays. Orders made during weekends or holidays may experience longer delays. In these cases, we do our best to ensure shipment delays are kept to a minimum.

4. ORDER CANCELLATION:

5. TRACKING PACKAGE:
An email with tracking number will be sent to your email once the order has been shipped. Please note: Tracking information may take 48 to 72 hours to update and may take longer during weekends, events, or holidays.

If you cannot track your package, please contact us directly.
6. DELIVERY TIME:
Delivery time varies by location. You can check the tracking number through your carrier’s website for more information about your order delivery time. Please note that your tracking information may not be available through the system for up to 72 hours from the time the order is placed.
7. DELIVERY TIME EXCEEDED.
Shipping might experience delay due to covid-19. If your order is delayed, please contact us via email Global-Service@niu.com, we will check the situation with the transportation company in time. Thanks for your understanding and support.

We ship from local warehouses, so there is no import tax. Per your local laws, GST or TAX may apply.
